What Happens During The Mediation Process?

 

  • During the mediation, you will go meet with the mediator first in the pre-mediation process.
  • They will go over the entire process with you and tell you what you need to do to start the modification process.
  • About 6 weeks later, you will meet with the mediator, lender, lenders lawyer and your lawyer and they will have received all of your paperwork.
  • They will then be able to help you with all of the different programs that are available.
